What Our Students Are Saying

Our two children (8 and 11) have been students at Master P’s for around 7 months. In that time, we have watched them grow into not just stronger athletes, but also more confident children. The instructors at Master P’s are phenomenal, and genuinely invested in teaching each and every student. We find the program varied and fun, while also providing more challenging techniques with each new belt level. The earned milestone “tips” help kids visualize their improvement on the way to higher belts, providing motivation. We tried several different sports programs for our children, but taekwondo has been their favorite. Thank you Master P’s!

With 2 young children in this program (and many other youth and sport programs) I am happy to say that this program is a hidden gem. It is extremely organized, deliberate, and intentional. The athletic program is well laid out and extremely transparent for all to see and experience. The other unexpected “wins” that come along with this program are the mental, social, and personal growth lessons that accompany the sport. While the heavy focus seems to be on youth development, it is also nice to see the adult program incorporated into what is a very well run organization.

Cannot thank the teachers enough for all the hardwork and dedication they put into training the students. My son has been a student for 5 years now, preparing for his Black Belt testing in June and we are so excited for him. The journey has been amazing so far and we are so grateful to everyone at the school who made it possible and a special one.

We love Master P’s World Class Tae Kwon Do school. The instructors are personable, caring, and friendly. The lessons taught in this school go beyond belt testing, but are valuable life lessons. We’ve been part of this community for 1.5 years and so far it has been a positive and great experience. We look forward to our children continuing in their black belt journey.

Master P and his team visited Penn Wood Elementary School for our Culture Day celebration. They spent a great deal of time and energy planning to not only share about the philosophy of Tae Kwon Do, but also delivering a slide show on Korean culture and language. The highlight of the program was having Penn Wood members of Master P's dojang perform for their school mates. The energy, focus and genuine respect this program generated was a true highlight of the day. Watching students encounter Master P for the first time, I could immediately see them respond positively to his structure and delivery. They were eager to try out the new skills in a safe and respectful way. Highly recommend!

These instructors are amazing! We love these people.

Our daughter is excited to go to Tae Kwon Do, and I think the instructors are truly happy to see her. She just tested for her red belt, and she has a goal of earning her black belt in time. I love seeing her growth, enthusiasm, and stretching for a long-term goal. The ongoing tips and belts help to keep her motivated and working hard.
